Callers receive a follow up voicemail and a text message. They can respond to either, or to both. TopJob will combine all the information it gets and present it as one enquiry.

You know what every caller wants

Yes. Your number stays exactly as it is. TopJob works through call forwarding — taking the place of your usual voicemail and forwarding calls to a TopJob number that follows up on job enquiries instead. Your customers call the same number they always have.
We will give you a code to dial from the app that sets up call forwarding, and your assigned TopJob number to save as a contact. This number will automatically text you job alerts as they come in.
Most people are up and running in under five minutes. Sign up, receive your welcome email, access your account using your email, dial one code to enable call forwarding and save your TopJob number as a contact, done.
Yes. While it is active, TopJob will always follow up when a call to your business number goes unanswered. But it will still process regular voicemails and register any that aren't work related as 'other voicemails' which you can check anytime in settings. Just like how voicemail normally works on your phone. You can also stop TopJob whenever you want by following instructions within your account.
No. If they'd rather leave a voice message, TopJob records it and transcribes it automatically. The job details land in your inbox the same way as a text reply. Most callers will text back, but either works!
Yes. When a call goes unanswered, the caller hears a greeting. You can customise this, but TopJob will also let them know that the voicemail is handled on behalf of TopJob. They'll also get a text back straight away. It introduces itself as TopJob acting on your behalf, includes an opt-out option, and links to the privacy policy. Most callers don't give it a second thought. They called because they want the job done.
Yes. If a caller leaves a voicemail, you'll see the transcript in your inbox and can play back the full recording. Both are stored for 90 days, then automatically deleted in line with UK GDPR data retention rules.
TopJob only creates a job from a message that contains enough to go on. If a voicemail or text is too unclear, it gets discarded or a follow-up is sent asking for a bit more detail. TopJob will do its best and you won't see junk on the site.
No. TopJob never books, quotes, or responds on your behalf. You see the enquiry, you decide what to do with it.
No. Cancel anytime from inside TopJob. No notice period, no questions asked. Cancel within your 14-day trial and you pay nothing. If you cancel after your trial, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
TopJob only shows job-related voicemails in your inbox. If someone calls with a personal message or a wrong number, it won't clutter your jobs list. You can still listen to it. Any voicemail that doesn't look like a job enquiry is kept in Settings > Other voicemails for 7 days, just like a normal voicemail service.
Yes. Go to Settings and tap Stop. TopJob walks you through removing call forwarding from your phone in seconds. Once you've dialled the code, your phone goes back to normal immediately. You can re-enable TopJob the same way whenever you're ready.
TopJob doesn't take over your autonomy, it is designed for the times when you're too busy to pick up. If you're faster than TopJob you can still see missed calls and call them back yourself!

Once you're set up, you'll find a referral link inside TopJob under Settings. Share it with anyone you think would find it useful. They get 50% off their first full active month after their free trial ends. You get a free active month added to your account once they subscribe.
